Cleanliness needs significant improvement!!! Floors not vacuumed well, dirty window edges, and neglected shelf clutter. Replacement towels left carelessly outside the room, which feels unhygienic.

Spent 3 nights here with my husband, had a really great stay overall. The bathroom was clean, and the room itself was reasonably large. Central heating, an LCD TV and a refrigerator were provided.

Easy check-in, parking onsite. Decent sized room with view of mt fuji and efficient staff. Location really close to 24-hr convenience stores & late closing restaurants, and the bus/train station.

Location, very near to Fiji-Q highland, many gaijin friendly family restaurants nearby, ample parking space, like the massage chair in rooms. Some Japanese speaking skills will make your interactions easy with staff and your stay very comfortable.
English information related to sight seeing , local facilities were hard to find.

Early check-in wasn't allowed, a bit inconvenient. Rooms were small and not fully prepared upon arrival, missing some necessary items.

Though the room was cozy, it could feel small for those with larger frames. The lack of breakfast options limited dining convenience, even with nearby dining options available. The tranquil atmosphere and friendly staff added charm to the stay.

It was just a fitting option for a weekend pause in Fujiyoshida with good price value. The onsen had rotating times for men and women, a nice way to relax. Try to get a room not facing the road for the best view of Mt. Fuji.

Great Stay with Fine Views
Our family enjoyed a lovely two-night stay. The room's view of Mount Fuji provided a lovely backdrop each morning. Service was friendly, and having a convenience store nearby was a plus. For planning, consider the short walk to Fuji Q Highland!
